I bought a 2018 Mazda CX-5 here just before Christmas.I can honestly say it has been the best experience. I’ve always been dubious about buying from a dealer however Mike made the whole experience super easy and pressure free.He gave me what I thought was a good deal on my trade-in and a sharp price on the car.I test drove it at 2pm and I was driving away as the new owner at 4pm.There has been a couple of very minor issues after I bought it that have been solved and sorted within hours of letting Mike know.I would recommend anyone thinking of buying a car to drop by here to see what they’ve got.A professional, caring and stress free transaction from start to finish.

I have purchased many cars over the years from many dealers and none have matched the service I received at New Zealand Car Centre (NZCC).Right from my first email enquiry, Michael was quick to respond, provided additional information about the vehicle I was enquiring about. You could not fault Michael’s communication. I arranged to view the car the following day, on arrival the car was out of the yard ready. Michael is friendly, open and transparent. Taking down my details & drivers license off I went. I returned from my test drive, Michael suggested I take the car to my daughters for a second opinion or to my mechanics (like I do all cars I look at). Michael is so open and professional I didn’t even feel I had the need for my mechanic to give the car a once over.Michael and his business partners are all well presented and professional, greeted customers as they arrived. All the cars in the yard were also presented well. I was happy with the car I had test driven & made the cash purchase. No arm twisting or pressure which as a woman I appreciated.
