What a pleasure it was dealing with NZ Car Centre. 5+ star top service all day long from Michael and Mitch. I was kept up to date each step of the way during the sales process and delivery of my vehicle. They went the extra mile in every aspect. I had a mechanical issue on the car and residing in Hamilton, they went above and beyond to make arrangements for repairs and got it sorted in such a professional manner. Would highly recommend! I don't blame them for that (these things can be easily missed, its a very small hole & it was a lot of rain). I sent them a message about it Friday night expecting a reply maybe on Monday, but no! they both promptly got back to me that night, were very apologetic & have arranged for it to be repaired asap at no charge (also offering a loan car if repair takes too long). By far the best experience I've had buying from a Car Yard. I recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to consider NZCC.

Service sets a standard in Christchurch. We stopped in as the cars looked to be affordable.
